FitAfter35 is an Australian wellness practice focused on sustainable weight management for women over 35. We combine evidence-based nutrition guidance, home-friendly movement routines and habit coaching into a practical approach that fits real life — without gym memberships, extreme diets or false promises.

Our Principles

No weight loss guarantees
We never promise specific kilograms lost, dress sizes changed or timeframes. Weight management is influenced by genetics, hormonal health, sleep, stress, medications and many other individual factors. We provide support and evidence-based strategies — not guarantees.
No extreme approaches
We do not promote very low calorie diets, meal replacements, detoxes, fat-burning supplements or any approach that is not supported by credible evidence. Our methods prioritise sustainability over speed.
Honest communication
Our content avoids shame-based messaging, manipulative before/after imagery and emotionally exploitative language. We present realistic information and respect each woman's autonomy to make her own decisions.
Advertising compliance
All FitAfter35 content is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law and advertising platform policies. We do not make misleading claims, use fabricated testimonials or imply endorsements that do not exist.
Medical boundaries
We are not a medical practice. We do not diagnose or treat conditions. We encourage all clients to work with their GP or specialist alongside our services, and we refer out whenever a concern falls outside our scope.
